Axel push press out of rack(felt good), butt plug bis and tris, machine flies and rear flies, facepulls.
Cheating I mean sumo deads(working on my hip and butt strength), rolling thunder one arm shrugs, leg press, one leg extensions and hamstring curls, barbell core, rolling thunder grip work(crappy today)
Log clean and presses( wow am so bad at these NEED A TON OF WORK), Close grip bench, machine rows, one arm shoulder raises, machine tri pulldowns and bi curls, wide side overhead lat pull-downs
Camb bar squats(first two videos first two sets last two video last two sets need work) lat pull-downs, db rdls, one leg wide stance leg press, overhead bamboo one chain on a side walks, then some thumb work
Push press back on the menu(needs a lot of work) butt plug bis and tris, flies and rear delts and finish with facepulls.
Trying sumo to help strengthen my hips(I know people say it's cheating lol) some rolling thunder one hand shrugs, leg press, leg extensions and hamstring curls, then some rolling thunder grip and barbell core holds.
Elite bar bench(10 reps each rung-and yes I know my feet were in a bad position my hips still don't allow it work in progress), standing underhand lat pull-down, flies and reverse flies, uneven barbell core work, some rolling thunder grip(bad grip is fried this week)
Cambar(hope I spelled it right) squats, on e hand rolling thunder high rows, rolling thunder cross body rows, leg extensions and hamstring curls, high side lat pull-downs.
Bamboo strict press, butt plug bi's and tri's then some wide grip trap. Tried Thomas inch dumbell-NO GO
Standing underhand grip lats, elite bar(each peg), butt plug bis and tris, behind the back rogue grip work
