ONE YEAR! One year ago I took a jump and decided it was time to take care of myself!
My journey started off tough.....changing my eating habits was the hardest part. Now one year later it is so easy! The benefits I have gained are crazy!
❤️ I lost weight
❤️ lost my baby gut after 5 kids!
❤️ lost crazy inches!
❤️ went down 2-3 pant sizes!
❤️ gained energy
❤️ gained gut health
❤️ no more bloating
❤️ better skin (wrinkles are disappearing) , nails, and hair (grows so fast)
The best part for me on this journey......was gaining my confidence back! And being able to enjoy more time physically with my family! ( I can finally do a cartwheel with my girls and go for a walk without feeling exhausted)
🤷♀️Did I have a few rough days /weeks? Absolutely
🤦♀️Did I eat candy and dessert during the holidays? Absolutely
🤷♀️Did I eat the bread ( Longhorn) when we went out to dinner? Absolutely
But I reminded myself everytime that it's ok. You can jump back on the wagon at anytime!
Thanks to everyone that has supported me on this journey! Can't believe it has already been a year! Here is to another year of maintaining my health for myself and my family!
