With the new year I want to post about my own skin
I struggled with a random onset of acne on my neck, jawline, and cheeks. I had never experienced this before and it all came up within a few weeks. I panicked, started using everything in my arsenal and it got worse!
I went back to what I know. ZO Skin health is what works best for me and my skin so I simplified it for myself. Worked with anti-bacterial & antifungal products, Antioxidant protection, soothing and healing the skin and cleared my skin right up! It took consistency, time, and a lot of patience. I felt embarrassed, I felt major imposter syndrome, but thats okay. I had to trust my knowledge as an Esthetician and implement that in my own life.
Life happens and with stress and hormones involved things will feel out of your control.
