Oh what to do on a Saturday night??

Not going out when you have friends like we do. "Want a bucket (plus) of lavender from our garden?" I'll be over right after the market and a shower!

Ohhhhhh, the house smells heavenly, the dogs (even that darn cat) are half sedated from this wonderful homegrown gift that will be in our lavender infused honey before too long.

Some made it in a vase to dry and look pretty, too. The stems will go in pillow cases for some. Germans make tiny pillow cases with lavender or other herbs to promote relaxation and sleep. They go under your regular pillow or in the pillow case.

THAT is what we do Saturday nights!

Come on down! All the great homegrown produce is hopping! We have tomatoes, corn, zucchini, cucs, flowers, onions, green beans, okra by Genova Farms Produce

No Chill Garden brought okra, sweet peppers, hot peppers, mini tomatoes, green onions, celery, garlic scapes, carrots, cucumbers, baby bok choy and microgreens.

Joey and Colette from Joey's Heirlooms and Fiber have some plants left and iris bulbs as well as smudge sticks and h**p scrubbies.

is back with amazing sourdough breads, muffins, jams, jellies, and preserves.

RemeBees is here with their honey (local, unfiltered, raw) - regular, creamed and infused, soaps, shampoos (hairloss, dandruff, ecxema, psoriasis...), and home remedies (pain, skin issues, healing, burns...).

Potica Pantry will be here around 8:30 with her amazing poticas, banana breads, cookies, muffins, cinnamon rolls and crackers.

Goldenrod season!

One of our best selling infusions for those of you who suffer from allergies is our goldenrod honey.
Goldenrod has sticky pollen that doesn't fly so no, your allergies are probably not from this beautiful firework look alike. We infuse these for a year in our raw, unfiltered honey so you can reap the benefits of two giants in God's apothecary combined.

Next week I'm missing our downtown location but you can get all you need at the Breadbasket behind the mall. He's super conveniently located, almost a drive up, just look for the yellow tent.

Or come see us on Monday in front of the Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library from 7:30-11:30 am.

Of course you can also always see if we're home in Manhattan and come by there. Call ahead to make sure we're not out delivering or running errands.

Other than our regular items we have a few jars with comb, a few peach infused, and elderflower infused honey.

Debbie has 🌽 and 🍅, the most beautiful cabbages, cucumbers, zucchini, squash, onions, and beets.

Joey found some more tomato plants and tons of very different peppers, flowers, and herbs.

Toni is here with these amazing crackers, croutons, muffins, cinnamon rolls, banana breads, and poticas.

The library has a bookcart out with a selection of $1 books.

Plus today we have some sweet young ladies here to teach kids about nutrition.
