I started seriously losing hair several months ago (thanks perimenopause!) and due to having genetic balding on both sides of my family, I decided to get right on figuring out how to stop it.

3 months ago I started taking Nutrafol and using a product by Trybello called Hair Helper Spray+. I’m losing way less hair when I wash it, and I’ve got new hair growing in all over my head!

I’m sharing this because I know a lot of my ladies are in the same boat. I don’t sell these products, so this isn’t a pitch. I’m just sharing my progress hoping that I can help someone!
