As Glam Team Director, my role goes far beyond directing hair and makeup. Behind the scenes, I’m leading a team of 30 to 50+ hair and makeup artists, managing timelines, keeping us runway ready, and making sure every model is completed on schedule.

And sometimes… that also means jumping in myself, picking up a brush, and getting models finished to make runway call time happen.

Leadership is not always standing back and overseeing. Sometimes it means stepping in, serving your team, and doing whatever it takes to get the job done.

🎉🎂🎊🌺As my birthday approaches this Saturday, May 30, I’m stepping into Chapter 40 with gratitude, wisdom, growth, and peace.

A lot of people dread getting older, but I don’t look at it that way. I look at it as becoming wiser, stronger, more confident, and aging like a fine glass of w**e. Every lesson, every setback, every victory, and every season has shaped me into the woman I am today.

These years have taught me resilience, grace, boundaries, self-worth, and how important it is to truly celebrate yourself. And honestly… I think it’s finally time.

So happy early 40th birthday to me. In the next few days, I will be celebrating myself, my journey, and everything I’ve overcome to get here. Cheers to 40 years of growth, beauty, purpose, and becoming. ✨🥂

We are officially four weeks away from one of the most exciting fashion events of the year, Heartland International Fashion Week.

Here is a little behind the scenes sneak peek of me packing and prepping for the show. The details, the organization, the vision it is all coming together and I could not be more excited.

As Glam Director, I will be honest this role comes with a lot of moving parts. It takes time, coordination, and vision to bring everything together. But I am so grateful because partnerships like these truly make it possible.
