Fuego Fitness

Fuego Fitness LLC was founded in 2010 as a boutique group exercise studio providing quality service and interaction while offering challenging health and fitness group exercise classes. In two years, the studio grew from a one person shop to fourteen instructors and part-time employees serving almost 2000 clients a month. At Fuego Fitness, we created a fun, social community where clients improved their health and fitness! Today Fuego Fitness LLC is has expanded beyond the studio to reach clients in the workplace with the vision to enhance the quality of their lives through joy and laughter while improving their cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, body confidence, while reducing stress. Clients are educated and motivated to incorporate wellness habits into their lifestyle and encouraged to get involved in sport and community through group exercise classes, fitness challenges, and special fitness based events. We help maneuver the speed bumps and move the road blocks on the road to employee fitness and wellness.
