Dusted off my apron to support a great community event. and I had a lot of fun! Keep an eye out for future posts. I'm considering opening back up for limited amounts of orders per month.

Hello Friends! I'm sure you've noticed I haven't been very active with orders and if you've messaged me to inquire I've likely referred you out to some amazing local cottage food bakers.

I do want to make an official announcement. I'll be taking a step back from 7Hens for awhile. Late last year my life took a turn and though baking and creating bring me great joy most of the time, it hasn't been recently. Creating had always been a stress reliever for me but taking on orders while going through the ups and downs life has thrown at me has turned my stress reliever into a stressor. So for the time being I will be taking a break. I do have some amazing local bakers I'd be happy to continue to refer out to!

If you had a date/order already placed and set with me I will honor that order. If you're in a pickle and I can help in any way, please ask. If I am able to I most certainly will but for now I am taking a step back.

Announcement Regarding Sugar Cookies:

Hello Friends! I just wanted to pop on here to make an announcement thats been on my heart for awhile. I have decided to hault orders for decorated sugar cookies. I will offer them in the future in holiday boxes and randomly through the year but won't be offering them as custom order options. Currently, I want to focus my attention on custom cakes.

If you need custom sugar cookies for an event I will gladly send you the contact information for some super talented local cottage food bakers!

Thank you all who purchased the bombs! I do have a few left (check out the previous post). I do want to give you some instructions for the bombs! They do require a large mouth cup, lots of very hot liquid. Be sure to enjoy at a temperature thats comfortable for you! I do have plans on offering a special bomb next week leading up to Christmas so keep an eye out!
