Have you noticed that we have more health challenges today even though

is fat. Our test results clearly show that 99 percent of the American population
has a fatty acid profile that is out of balance. The imbalance of intake of
essential fatty acids, omega-6 and omega-3 has increased more than 400
percent during the last 50 years, simply because we eat food with too much
omega-6 and too little omega-3 fat.
