💪🏼 Suitable for anyone (not just preggos!)
🏋️♂️All you need are two sets of dumbbells or you can use one and increase reps in easier movements
Complete 10-15 reps 3-5 times

***I challenged my clients to work out solo while I was on vacation and to send photo proof. Some really rose to the challenge and stayed on track with their goals. Doesn't consistency and progress sound nice? YOU CAN DO THIS!!

🗣I often hear that making time to “make” breakfast is too hard. Today I “made” this in 5 minutes:
2 scoops of protein powder with your choice of milk or water.
Gluten free whole grain oats with 2 tsps of chia seeds, a handful of pecans, blueberries and a sprinkle of brown sugar (because I felt like it)
🚨Did you know chia seeds contain high amounts of Omega-3s? I reached my daily intake with just this one meal!
💪🏼Pairing the oatmeal with protein will help me feel fuller longer and give me energy for my workout later. Plus keeping up with my toddler.
