This one was so easy for me!! One thing I also love about these challenges is that they do show you how your brain is strong in some areas!! That confidence alone helps me push through to keep working on the weaker areas! ?

Not going to give up!! I love doing these and using this challenge to try and remember to do things like this more often. I really need to look up the recommended length of time we should be doing these types of things daily!

It’s so easy for us to believe the negative things about ourselves. Hoping we all learn to do the same about the positive pieces of us!!

Still have lots more to catch up! I have always had concerns about my cognitive health in general and then also because of my memory issues. Here’s to hopefully building a stronger brain!
