Over the past several months, I have continued to show up and serve my clients to the best of my ability, often working seven days a week, staying late, and making accommodations whenever possible to move or fit in appointments. Even while navigating personal grief and managing my medical condition, I remained committed to my work and to the people who trust me with their services.

During this time, I understand that some scheduling changes or limitations may have affected clients, and for that I sincerely apologize to anyone who may have been inconvenienced. My goal has always been to provide the best experience possible, even during challenging moments.

Like anyone, I am human, and while I did my best to keep everything moving forward, grace has sometimes been limited. I appreciate those who showed patience, understanding, and support during that time.

I am happy to share that I am now fully back, focused, and ready to work like I never left. Moving forward, however, policies and scheduling guidelines will be enforced to ensure fairness, consistency, and the best possible experience for everyone.
