Hello, this is a notice regarding online booking.

To address the recent increase in no-shows from new clients, I will be implementing a new policy. New clients must either have previously visited me or been referred by an existing client to book an appointment. This policy protects the value of my time. Although I have discontinued the booking deposit due to my flexible and changing schedule— I still expect punctuality and reliable communication. I will continue to accept new clients under these conditions. Gift card holders will still able to book but please keep in mind that no shows will result in an automatic ban, which will invalidate the gift card itself. Thank you!
