Hello my lovely clients!💓🫶🏼

Please read and leave your initials in the comments so more people will see this!

Just wanted to post an update on a few things:

• My prices will be increasing- reasonably. Some things will stay the same and others will change.
This should take place on or before October 1st.
I have changed products that are much better quality and quite a bit more in price. I’m also going on 2 years of being a nail tech and I feel I am comfortable with charging what I should be, especially with how long they last you.😉

EDIT: I will post a new price list as soon as I finalize it.

• I don’t usually charge to fix your nail if something happens, but if it’s after 1 week of getting them done I will be charging to fix them.

✨ 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ✨

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and I truly appreciate you respecting my time and business! 🤍

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

🤍 Cancel 24+ hours before your appointment: No problem! You’re completely fine to reschedule.

🚨 Cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice OR no-show: You will be responsible for 100% of your scheduled appointment cost.

I completely understand that life happens and emergencies come up. However, last-minute cancellations make it extremely difficult to fill your appointment spot and result in lost time and income for my business.

I will also be requiring you to re-enter your card information at each time of booking due to attempting to charge cancellation fees and the cards not being active. If this continues to occur, I will have to require deposits again.

⚠️ Repeated last-minute cancellations/no-shows will result in being placed on my BAN LIST and I will no longer be able to book future appointments.

Thank you for understanding, respecting my policies, and supporting my small business! 💅🏼🤍
