Woke up on a positive note today and decided to listen to some podcasts of at the gym and let me tell you that episode 2 hit right to home from the old salon stress I went through right out of high school in the old salon and spa I used to work in….

From using the Godly and Religious act

To the were all a family act

To the over worked and underpaid

To the having to pay our own mandatory cosmo education TRAVEL AND STAY (but still them saying they made you when they sued me ) I KNOW STAY WITH ME LOL HERE !!

To them painting a picture of one day being able to do so much and earn so much only to make you sign a TWO YEAR non compete that would literally imprison you to stay there because of threats to sue

But we all learn and God puts the right people in your life to help you out!
The day I left because I realized having panic attacks and so much stress in a job was not normal was the best decision I had made for my well being!

To think getting sued and bullied by this spa pushed me to learn a new trade in the lash industry and now loving my cosmetology carrier again in nails and lashes is amazing

The fact so many people go through this as believers and naive beginners is very sad but it was so nice to hear at the same time because the trauma is real !

Every one works different and expecting all your staff to work like you isn’t the way to go
