This year, Milk + Honey is launching “Pack a Promise” because I believe serving our community is just as important as serving my clients.
I’m collecting school supplies to bless local students with all the essentials they need to start the school year feeling prepared, seen, and loved.
I will be providing the backpacks.
You don’t have to buy everything. One pack of crayons. A notebook. A box of pencils. No donation is too small.
If you’ve ever wanted to make a difference in a simple but meaningful way, this is it.

Technology has its place, but nothing replaces intentional touch. Skilled hands can calm the nervous system, encourage circulation, ease tension, and remind someone they are safe enough to simply rest.
The products matter. The equipment matters. But the hands behind them matter most.
There have been moments when I wondered how everything would come together. But over and over again, God has reminded me that His calling never comes without His faithfulness.
If He opened the door, He will provide the grace, the strength, the wisdom, and the resources needed for the journey.
You don’t have to have every answer before you take the next step. You simply have to trust the One who already does.
Where God guides, He provides. 🤍

For one hour, there are no expectations to meet, no notifications to answer, and nowhere else you need to be. Just intentional care, gentle touch, and space to simply rest.
