This video demonstrates a nonsurgical face tightening that is permanent and turns to clock back about 5 to 7 years for a more refreshed luck. Of course it doesn’t replace surgical results of a facelift, but this is not the intention here. For the patient who is not ready yet for the facelift or does not wanna encourage the two week downtime of the facelift and instead wants a refreshed look with a 24 to 48 hour downtime.
This procedure is performed under local anesthesia with or without mild sedation. As you can see at the end of the video the patient is very comfortable and has zero complaints.

Peri-orbital rejuvenation is not about one single technique or tool. That’s why it’s important for any facial cosmetic surgeon to be familiar and experienced in all techniques available. There are many different ways to achieve a great result and the importance is the predictability and final natural outcome!
This beautiful patient had a traditional upper eyelid blepharoplasty (skin/muscle excision) together with a browpexy (through the same blepharoplasty incision) in order to give her a natural result.
For her lower eyelid, simple tightening of the skin and fat was achieved using ACCuTite.
Again, this is not a cookie cutter so every patient might need a different approach.

This beautiful patient came to me for peri-occular rejuvenation. She complained that her eyes look tired and wanted to have a refreshed look.
👉🏻Her upper eyelids were treated with laser blepharoplasty by removing excess skin and a little bit muscle, but no fat so we don’t hollow her eyes out.
👉🏻Her lower eyelids were treated with Morpheus eight, which is a Radiofrequency treatment, as well as CO2 laser resurfacing, all of which is non-surgical. ⚠️This is significant as in traditional blepharoplasty‘s lower eyelid skin used to be removed, which then caused lower eyelid retraction and increased scleral show, that is very hard to correct and makes patients look unnatural.
