🔥 HOT TAKE: Massage therapists move too much during a massage.

I’ve had so many massages where the therapist finds that exact spot…and then just keeps moving.

Sometimes you don’t need another massage stroke. You need someone to find that area of tension, sink into it and STAY THERE for a minute.

Personally, I’m a huge fan of using my elbows. My fingers and thumbs get tired, but I could stand there all day dropping an elbow into the right spot and letting the pressure do the work.
