Life doesn’t always have to be deep or productive… sometimes it’s just putting on some makeup, feeling yourself, and enjoying the little things. 🫶✨

If you know me, you know I almost NEVER wear lipstick anymore… so you know this look had me feeling myself a little. 😏

Sometimes you just need to sit down, do your makeup, play with some color, and remember that girl is still in there. ✨

Who else barely wears lipstick anymore?! 😂👇

🌧️ Cold, rainy days were MADE for a big bowl of chili. 🍲❤️

It rained ALL day here in Southern Oregon, so naturally… chili + cornbread was the move. 😋

For my chili, I basically use whatever beans I have on hand! (Drained) This time I used:

🫘 White beans
🫘 Black beans
🫘 Pinto beans
🫘 Kidney beans
🍅 Crushed or diced tomatoes (use 2 cans if you LOVE tomatoes!)
🌽 Mexican corn with peppers
🍗 1 lb ground chicken
🌶️ My homemade taco seasoning — cumin, chili seasoning, garlic salt, onion powder, garlic powder & pepper

I usually add chili beans WITH the sauce, but I was out this time, so I just used what I had in the pantry — and honestly, it still turned out SO GOOD. 🙌

And of course… the cornbread! 🌽

I added a whole can of corn to my cornbread mix and made muffins, then drizzled them with a little honey on top. 🤤🍯

Okay, settle this debate… WHO ELSE PUTS CORN IN THEIR CORNBREAD?! 👀😂

We’re having chili and cornbread tonight so I made these little beauties. 🤤

My secret? Cornbread mix + a whole can of corn. 🌽

One regular box OR two little Jiffy boxes + one can of corn.

Trust me… it hits DIFFERENT. 🔥

Day 11 of doing literally ANYTHING to my hair except a Mom Bun 😂

“It’s not a Mom Bun… it’s a bow. Shhh. We did it.” 🎀🤣

Okay, technically it IS a bun… BUT LOOK AT IT. It literally looks like a bow! So according to the rules I just made up… IT’S A BOW. 😂🎀

I refuse to lose this challenge on a technicality. We’re getting creative over here. 🤣

This man has seriously become one of my absolute favorite artists! Every song I hear hits in a different way, but Kingdom of Fear and Options???
