Polished by JB Jenna fashioned me marble nails in my fav colors with silver foil accents out of gel biab yesterday. 💅 They're going to be my 4th of July and birthday nails and last all the way to my next appointment on July 16. I got hot pink toenails to go with 'em. July 16, I get my vacation nails done. Probably do turquoise tips and toes. After my fun summer nails, I reckon I'll go back to my dip nails with matching toes.

A new client of mine decided to break up with acrylics because she said, her nails are too weak and damaged from the amount of drilling involved. They were so weak, thin and ridges all over it. I did the gel BIAB for her first visit and it only took her the FIRST visit to be able to grow her natural nails out! Some people take a few visits to be able to grow it out but it took her just 1 visit! They were on for a whole month!!!! I am so excited to help her with her nail journey. 🥰

Why you should always put a coin on a frozen cup of water before storms.
It's called the one cup tip. You put a cup of water in your freezer. Freeze it solid and then put a quarter on top of it and leave it in your freezer. That way when you come back after you've been evacuated you can tell if your food went completely bad and just refroze or if it stayed Frozen while you were gone. If the quarter has fallen to the bottom of the cup that means all the food defrosted and you should throw it out. But if the quarter is either on the top or in the middle of the cup then your food may still be ok. It would also be a great idea to leave this in your freezer all the time and if you lose power for any reason you will have this tip to fall back on. If you don't feel good about your food, just throw it out. The main thing is for all to be safe.
