I’m not a mean person but I will stand on business about my business and my time. I’m big on canceling you if u are more than 15 mins late. I sometimes will waive the fee but u will get cancelled. If u give me attitude about it then u will not be able to book with me ever again. I don’t tolerate attitude cuz I try my hardest not to give that energy out. Another thing No Kids or extra people are allowed with you at your appointment if u haven’t discuss that with me. I find that very rude.. this is my home and some of yal coming like this is yal home.. (not everyone is like this) I usually dont say anything but the more I keep quiet the more it happens so this is me openly discussing it. Next time it will be personalize and direct. I’m very professional n customer service is 5 star. But I swear yal be pushing it.. I love what I do!! N I will not be stressed while doing it.. My time and space is my most valuable asset if I don’t respect it then no else will..
