Humans are the only species that continue to drink milk into adulthood. Humans are the only species that drinks milk from other animals. Cows milk does not provide any nutrition to humans, especially adults. Milk is designed to nurture and feed baby humans (Breast milk) and baby animals until they are weaned from mothers milk. Most adults are lactose intolerant because only babies produce an enzyme called lactase that enables them to digest lactose in milk. This enzyme is no longer produced after babies are weaned. This is why most adults who drink or eat a lot of dairy products experience flatulence, bloat, cramps and sometimes diarrhea. Adults who do not suffer from lactose intolerance have a DNA mutation.

We are told that milk is necessary for strong bones and healthy teeth. We are not told that most greens veggies, beans, nuts and seeds contain more calcium than milk or dairy products. Not to mention the high concentration of pus that’s legally allowed in milk due to the over milking of dairy cows.
We do not need milk at all to survive.
