Meal prepped a little this week. Used left over fruit and scraps to dry out for tea later. Usually only prep 3-4 days at a time to prevent waste. Going to make some salads tonight. Fruit cups with honey and lime, burrito bowls with ground turkey (adding fresh veggies as the week goes on) and a spinach and cheese frittata. Juice is orange, mango, turmeric, pineapple, ginger, and mango.

You ask and you shall receive! Since college, smoothies have been one of my go tos for meeting my goals. It is a great way to not miss out on getting the nutritional value from every meal when life gets busy. Processed proteins contain a lot of additives as well as preservatives that I am trying to cut back on in my diet.

- This smoothie is packed with fiber, so it is great for those on a weight loss journey looking for ways to feel fuller longer in order to cut back on caloric intake! Feel free to add honey, dates, or agave to sweeten. You can even edit it to your liking (add extra pineapple or mango). I personally use coconut water for extra electrolytes and potassium or plant based milk for a little extra protein as my liquid. Enjoy!
