A year ago my seasonal allergies were the worst they had ever been in my entire life. I went into urgent care 3 times because my feet swelled up, my skin was burning & I had the worst sinus infection of my life! I was put on prednisone (which is horrible for you) and it still took over 2 weeks to decrease my symptoms. The Dr told me to stay inside & only go outside if i absolutely needed to. I had also taken Zyrtec or Claritin since I was in my 20s. I am happy to say I haven't had a single allergy symptom this year since I started taking my Nettle Leaf tincture over a month ago!
