🚨 IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT POLICY UPDATE 🚨

I truly value every single one of my clients, but I need to be transparent about last-minute cancellations.

Effective immediately, my booking system will automatically charge a $50 cancellation fee/deposit if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. I no longer have the ability to override this charge.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. A last-minute cancellation often means I’m unable to fill that spot—and I lose income every single time this happens.

I completely understand that life happens, kids get sick, work schedules change, and unexpected situations come up. I have been VERY relaxed and forgiving over the years, but unfortunately, as a small business owner, I am losing money due to this. I always feel bad when charging, thinking that I will lose a client, so this is why I have changed my system to automatically do this for me.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid the automatic $50 charge.

Just five years into her career, her passion and talent led her into education, where she began teaching at major hair shows across the country. She also served as the Northeast Ohio Education Representative for a professional beauty distributor.
