🤍 That’s an hour we reserved just for you.
🤍 It’s time another client couldn’t book because your spot was held.
🤍 It’s income our estheticians and service providers planned on earning.
🤍 It’s fresh products, laundry, prep, and payroll that still happened whether the appointment did or not.
We know life happens. Kids get sick. Cars break down. Emergencies happen. We get it—and we’ll always lead with grace. 💛
However, your ONE emergency happens to us, on average 60 times per month.
Imagine losing 10% of your income because of anyone else in your office or workplace or patients… not of any fault of your own.
So, we ask for understanding as we protect our team, our schedule, and YOUR appointment time.
🚨 We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for solo appointments and 48 hours for groups:
✨ Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’/48 hours’ notice will be subject to a late cancellation fee.
✨ No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
We never love enforcing this—but it helps us continue showing up fully for every client who walks through our doors and to continue employing the amazing staff that wr have.
When you support a small business, it’s about so much more than the service. It’s about supporting the people behind it, too.
So here’s your friendly Bubbly reminder:
✨ If you can’t make it, please let us know (24 hours in advance when possible).
✨ If you’re running late, send us a text.
✨ And if you love your favorite esthetician or scalp specialist… don’t leave them hanging. 😉
