IF IT FEELS NEW… it probably is. 🫧

Because around here, a lot of it is new.

In less than three years, Bubbly has grown from an idea into two beauty concepts, three bar locations, a collection of beauty suites, and a team that keeps growing right along with us.

And here’s the thing about being first: 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐧𝐨 𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤.

There wasn’t a manual for building an effective, affordable, open-concept facial bar in the Treasure Valley. There definitely wasn’t one for taking that concept, expanding it across multiple locations, and then creating an entirely new social scalp + head spa experience alongside it.

Growth has always been in our nature, but innovation is what Bubbly was built on.

That means we’re often the ones trialing it first. Testing the systems. Creating the processes. Changing what doesn’t work. Hiring, training, learning, refining — and occasionally realizing, okayyyyy, maybe that wasn’t it. 😂

There’s no established playbook sitting on our desk telling us exactly how to do all of this.

𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐠𝐨.

So if something feels new, give us a little grace while we get it right. 🩷 We’re all a work in progress — Bubbly included.

Right now that means new leadership, new team members, better training, new services, a simplified Scalp Bar menu, a new-old booking system 😂 (yeah, the grass wasn’t greener) and a whole lot happening behind the scenes to make Bubbly better.

We aren’t interested in doing things a certain way simply because that’s how they’ve always been done. We don’t do what everyone else is doing.

We’d rather try. Learn. Adjust. Innovate. And get it right.

Because nearly three years ago, Bubbly itself didn’t even exist.

And look what happened. 🥹🫧

🍂 Your pumpkin spice order isn’t the only thing that should change for fall. Your skincare should, too.

As the Treasure Valley moves from hot summer days into cooler fall weather, your skin’s needs can change right along with it. Lower humidity, indoor heat + months of summer sun can mean more dryness, dehydration, sensitivity, dullness and uneven tone.

But you probably DON’T need an entirely new routine. 👏 You need the right adjustments.

🫧 Boost hydration. Hyaluronic acid, ceramides + richer moisturizers can help support hydration and your skin barrier.

🫧 Exfoliate strategically. Fall is a great time to address dull texture and visible summer sun damage—but more exfoliation isn’t always better.

🫧 Upgrade your facial. Hydrating masks, targeted exfoliation, peels + add-ons should be chosen based on what YOUR skin needs.

🫧 Keep the SPF. Boise may be trading 90° days for sweaters, but UV exposure didn’t get the memo.

🫧 Turn down the lava shower. ♨️ Your face does not need to be pressure-cooked. 😂 Hot water can make dry, sensitive skin feel even worse.
