If you know anything about Leandra Roch'e and Sean Roch'e, you know we have both put in extreme hours of work to perfect the peace within our control—which helps tremendously when things are beyond it.

​In April, we laid our beloved mother to rest. It was nerve-shattering. As you can see, I had very little energy left to give my peace lily, and it was on its last leg.

​Sean took me away for Mother's Day, helped plan a wonderful birthday celebration, and surrounded me with so much love. As you can see, we did a lot of "walking it out."

​Tears, stress, anxiety, physical ailments... all of it had to be walked out.

​I called him one day and said, "I have no more drive to create." And we had to walk that out, too.

​The conversation at the table was next-level. We moved past the "what" and got deep into the "how." We shared our personal goals, from health milestones to mindset shifts, creating a circle of accountability that doesn't end when the plates are cleared.

​We walked away with more than full stomachs—we left with 𝚌𝚕𝚎𝚊𝚛 𝚒𝚗𝚝𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜. We’ve defined the standard we’re holding ourselves to for the rest of the year. No more "trying"; it’s time for "doing."

There is no margin for reflection.
