finding consistency looks different for everyone and it can even look different for one person depending on what’s going on in life. it’s all a process of learning how to get back on track over and over and over because we aren’t perfect and we don’t exist in perfect conditions. find what consistency is for you, & give yourself sooo much grace along the way 💖

spoiler alert: you can’t hate yourself into a version that you love. no amount of self improvement can make up for a lack of self acceptance. give yourself the same grace & love you give to others and see what happens 🫶
