Good posture on a trampoline is important for balance and stability.
Here are some tips for proper form:
Posture: Keep your spine, neck, and head aligned, and don’t move your head to the side, front, or back.
Your shoulders should be in line with your feet, and you should have some tension in your body.
Legs: Stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart, and your legs horizontal or higher than the trampoline.
Your toes should point forward and be spread out naturally.
Knees: Bend your knees slightly instead of locking them.
Core: Activate your core and abdominals.
Arms: You can swing your arms in opposite directions for counterbalance. Always remember of the X synchronization 😉
Jumping: Jump down into the trampoline, pressing through your heels instead of your toes. With exemption of tap movement🙃
This type of bouncing engages your core, glutes, and lower body. It’s a amazing exercise.
