Girl, I thought I was going to be a doctor

Then I got to college and realized I hated it! 🤢

Why do I have to take all these random ass classes?

I decided right then and there… that I didn’t want to do what others expected of me and that I needed to figure out what made me happy

I’ve always felt a deep desire to help people & dancing was an enormous part of my life.

You always hear people say “if you can find a way to make a career out of your passions you'll never have to work.”

Okay well how the hell was I gonna blend movement and helping people?👀

Uh, being a trainer that's how!

It's something I stumbled into and didn't think about taking seriously until I saw how I could make other women feel empowered.

I remember how insecure and unhappy I used to be.

My body felt weak and I was uncomfortable in clothes.

I was constantly trying to hide parts of my body and I couldn’t take it anymore

Starting my fitness journey changed my life and allowed me the opportunity to help others like me

It freed me from the weight that my insecurities placed on me.

The one thing I want to impart in any woman I come in contact with is YOU ARE A F*CKING BOMBSHELL!🔥🔥🔥

Don’t let your insecurities hold you back, you may be lost today but there is always a solution in tomorrow.

F*ck fitting into a “their” mold…

I’ve struggled a lot with what I should or shouldn’t look like and constantly changing my fitness routine bc I was basing the way I view my body on others’ expectations.

As I get older I realize that I just want to be happy with the way I look no matter what.
So what if my waist isn’t as small as these other fitness influencers? Who cares if I don’t have a giant ass?!

My goal is to be MY version of sexy which is , and in myself mentally and physically.

I want to be able to look at myself in the mirror and see someone who tried their best and feel comfortable in whatever I am wearing or whatever I am doing.
