Our Story
Hi everyone! We are Juan Carlos and Mariana Igartua, a couple committed to living a healthier and more active lifestyle. Once upon a time we found ourselves lacking energy, complaining about our weight, and making unhealthy choices. We decided it was time to make a change. During the (ongoing) process of achieving our wellness goals we understood it is all about finding a balance.
We have a busy work schedule, as we are both entrepreneurs, we love traveling and exploring new places, and enjoy having an active social life where we regularly meet with family and friends. This can sometimes be a challenge when trying to achieve health goals, but we ultimately found our balance! Little by little we began making changes in our daily life without having to sacrifice the things we love most.
We are on a mission to becoming a better version of ourselves and being comfortable in our own bodies while enjoying life at its fullest! We invite you to follow us on our journey where we share our daily experiences and strive to inspire others.
