Zaida Eunice Miller passed away peacefully Monday, November 2nd, 2020 at Park Manor Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in Middletown, New York. It was her second home when she recognized that she needed more clinical care and a manageable community that she could navigate independently. Zaida was present at nearly every activity, especially Bingo which she loved winning and painting, a hobby she discovered and cherished there.
Zaida was the original fashionista, the real deal! You couldn’t take her down. She could take anything and make it fashionable. Zaida redefined what you could look like in a nursing home and enjoyed herself to the fullest. Her nail color choices were always on trend and she loved getting her hair done at the salon on premises.
It would be Zaida’s joy to have this experience live on with friends and residents at Park Manor.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests an act of kindness in Zaida’s honor with a donation to Park Manor residents shut in due to the pandemic. Your love offering will be used to provide grooming services for the residents that may not have had a visit from family and would enjoy the extra attention.
