We often hear the phrase “safe space,” and while we aim to be a “safer” space, welcoming, respectful, and grounded, we also believe something deeper,
true safety isn’t something a room can guarantee.
It’s something cultivated inside the body.

When you learn how to create safety within yourself, through presence, regulation, and inner authority, you can move through the world with more stability, clarity, and choice. You’re not dependent on conditions being perfect in order to feel okay or do the Great Work.

We can feel deep sorrow and still cultivate joy.

This belief shapes everything we do here, from how we work together, to how we treat our clients, to the product companies we choose to align with.

What we put on our bodies, in our minds, in our hearts, in our space, and into the world matters.

We believe it’s time to do things differently.
To stop waiting for change and start creating what we want to see, right where we are.

As part of caring for our salon family, we offer free online Zoom Max Meditation sessions to support people in creating safety in their own bodies, clarity in their minds, and a strong sense of inner authority. The dates and times are shared through our text and email list and will also be posted in our stories to open them up to the greater community.

There’s a question I come back to often, in my life, and in my business.

Are you actually following a path…

For me, self-mastery isn’t about fixing myself.
It’s about awareness.
Choice.
And doing 1% better, consistently, everyday.

Not perfect, just better than the day before.

That’s how I live.

It’s the foundation.

How I listen.
How I hold space.

I choose to do business differently because I can feel how much the world is changing.
And I believe we’re being asked to build something more honest, more embodied, and more sustainable, more connected.

One of my teachers, Dr. Theresa Bullard, at Modern Mystery School, once reflected along the lines of how chaos often precedes expansion, chaos isn’t the end,
that after great disruption, greater possibilities are born.

I think about that often in both life and business.

This is me choosing to participate in that,
with integrity, intention, and care.

You know how what we think and say literally shapes everything?

It’s wild, every word, every thought carries frequency. That current moves through your whole system, down to your cells.

You can stir up chaos inside yourself just by what you focus on… or you can create harmony and joy the same way.

I’ve really started paying attention to that. Mondays are my reset, my day to rest, create, and tune back in.

I think of it like sending little love notes to my body, every cell getting the memo, we’re safe, we’re aligned, we’re good.

We are the creators of our universe.

And hopefully, that energy ripples out, from me to you, and beyond.
