Today has been a big day for me! I went in for my physical and talked to my doctor about some concerns I've had, well, forever honestly. He actually listened and I go in next month for my adhd evaluation!! I'm excited to maybe focus for the first time in my life. Let's get some s**t done!!!

Alright y'all, I'm winging it today! I decided I wanted to some herb parm bread, so I adjusted my rosemary bread recipe and it's in the bread machine now! It looks great, and I think it'll taste great too!
Here's the recipe if you want to give it a try:
Parmesan herb bread
This makes a two-pound loaf of bread.
Ingredients
β
C. Milk
2 Eggs
3 C. Bread Flour
2 Β½ Tablespoon Sugar
1 Β½ teaspoon Salt
1 Β½ Tablespoon avocado or Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon each: Chopped, Fresh Rosemary, and Thyme (or 1/4 teaspoon dried)
Β½ Tablespoon sage
β
cup fresh grated parm
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Start by mixing the milk and the egg in a bowl or 2-cup measuring cup. If youβre using dried rosemary, add it in now so it will rehydrate.
Warm wet ingredients to 110 degrees, I microwave for about a minute and 10 seconds and stir before adding to my canister.
Follow the instructions that came with your bread machine in terms of which ingredients to put in the machine first.
Add parm at the mix in beep, or during the last 5 minutes of the last knead cycle.
Bake on traditional or white bread setting, medium or light crust depending on your preference.

Good afternoon y'all! Hope everyone is doing well on this beautiful Friday. We're still recovering, but doing well. I had to take a minute to appreciate the blue skies, green beans and sunflowers. What a gorgeous combination!

I'd say my hostas are very happy that we trimmed the tree back π€© Look at those blooms, and they've been going forever!! It's going to look so good next year. I'm going to restructure the beds for all season long blooms. I love flowers! ππ»
