Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect the time reserved for each guest and the impact last-minute cancellations have on my schedule, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

* Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
* Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
* Outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
* Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the stylist’s discretion.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy and authorize payment of any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
