❤️ Red Light Therapy: What is it and how does it work?
(RLT) — a non-invasive treatment that exposes the skin to low-wavelength red or near-infrared light. This light penetrates the skin and interacts with cells to promote healing and regeneration.
Medical studies found that under red light open wounds heal 160% faster.

How It Works:
The main idea is that red and near-infrared light is absorbed by mitochondria, the energy-producing parts of cells. This will:

I have some exciting news to share! Enlightened Hearts has found a new home!
Back to full time in West End RVA 🙌🏻
This new chapter is destined to be the best, thus far.
Starting next week we will begin in a borrowed room until our new larger room is available and ready for use! I can’t wait to show all of you the new space and share some of the healing technology that will be available for use to all of my clients. This new office aligns perfectly with my vision and fits right in with the mind, body, spirit connection. So many beautiful things to learn about and look forward to!
In the coming months I will be announcing new service options, as well as literature on all of the new offerings that will be available.
Thank you all for being a part of this journey with me. It has been a true honor to get to know you and to serve as your massage therapist. I’m deeply grateful for your trust and support, and I look forward to many more years of connection, healing, and growth together as this practice continues to expand.
