To Our Clients
We ask for your patience and understanding as we work our way through the hundreds of calls and messages in attempt to figure out this crazy new normal.

We are not accepting walk-in's at this time, Only appointments that have been scheduled.

When you arrive for your appointment please stay in your car and call or text us to let us know you are here and we will come to get you.

At this time please do not bring other guests with you, including children or spouses.

Only bring your necessities to your appointment. (keys, form of payment, phone etc.)

When you come into the salon you need to wear a mask, we will be wearing ours too! We have a sanitatizing station as soon as you walk in, we will also need you to sign a form.

As a barbicide certified salon, we have added extra time into our schedules to throughly disinfect each station, tools, etc.

If you are going to be more than 10
minutes late we ask that you kindly reschedule, with allowing time to sanitize in between clients we cannot run behind.

If you have been around someone that has been sick or not feeling well or you yourself are not feeling well please reschedule your appointment.

We are temporarily not allowing blow drying due to the air circulating any germs around the salon. We are also unable to provide lip/nose waxing at this time.

Great news!!!! We will be opening up soon. We are waiting on the state of Illinois guidelines. We will be calling everyone that has had scheduled appointments and everyone that has called or text us. In the meantime we will be busy getting the salon ready to reopen safely. Thank you for everyone’s kind and uplifting words during this time. We are excited to get back at it and see all of our wonderful people😊

The stay at home order is extended until June😭 We will be getting in contact with everyone that has a May appointment. 🙏🏻 we will be back in June. We miss all of you. Stay safe, healthy and happy❤️

To all of our wonderful clients, as of today Friday March 20, we will be closing down the salon. We are so sorry for any inconveniences this causes and hope everyone understands. We are officially moved!!! Starting Monday, June 17th all appointments will be next door. A huge thank you to my husband, Kurt Francis, parents, Bart Ottens and Cindy Ottens, Bruce and Roxanne Francis. Couldn't have done it without you.

Lots of progress being made at the new building next door. We should be moving within the next month. We will keep everyone updated.
