Our aquatic therapy pool now is up and running and at a comfortable 90 degrees. If you have tried traditional therapy and are tired of hurting tell your provider that you want to try aquatic therapy with Premier Physical Therapy. You will get one on one treatment and care to get you feeling the best you can.

Today one of my staff recounted that she ran into somebody on the street and they thought we were closed. I have had multiple phone calls inquiring if we are open as well. To set the record straight: WE ARE OPEN! Spread the word to your friends and tell your doctors that we are open and accepting new referrals.

Many times people have commented that their pain limits how much movement they can do even though movement might be just what is needed for relief. One alternative to traditional land based exercises is aquatic therapy. Many benefits of aquatic based therapy are:
Improving flexibility.
Improving balance and coordination.
Building muscle strength and endurance.
Enhancing aerobic capacity.
Assisting with gait and locomotion.

As more and more doctors offices utilize virtual health and appointments you no longer need to wait to start getting relief from your pain. We are striving to practice all CDC recommendations and guidelines for screening and social interactions.
