I offer both private one-on-one functional training programs as well as online programs, unique in my field because they're designed to help you overcome muscular or postural imbalances that can compromise your ability to move freely, pain-free, and with full range of motion. I take a whole-body approach that integrates optimal posture, strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, & nutritional counseling, each of which is customized and tailored to your specific personal goals and needs. Exercises are designed around your lifestyle and will teach your body to move as a unit and in the way it was designed to move. My goal is to work with you to implement a customized, lifestyle-friendly program that will get you fit and feeling sexy while you have fun!
