I can’t believe it’s been five years since I chased my dream and opened my salon. I have had the pleasure of renting to amazing people and I’ve had the joy of beautifying incredible clients.

There are already so many amazing memories at Meraki and I know there will be more to be made.

I am thrilled to share that I will be returning to the salon on May 2nd, after my maternity leave! The past couple of months have been an incredible journey as I embraced the joys of motherhood, and I am eager to reconnect with all of you and resume doing what I love behind the chair.
•
As I transition back into the salon, I am going to be working part time hours as I find it very important to be there for my son and watch him grow. I will be working Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9am-3pm along with continuing to beautify brides for their wedding day on the weekends.
•
I am currently revamping my service menu and switching to exclusively booking online. Please be sure the read the descriptions for the services I have to offer so that we can have enough time to achieve your goal.

I truly can’t believe it’s already been five years. I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside some of the most amazing and talented people at my salon over the years. My maternity leave is starting early because of a few reasons. I for sure wanted two weeks before my due date off to nest and prepare and also just in case he comes early. Well, with the holidays being here, that would mean that I only come back to work for four days and then start my leave so I decided to give myself the extra time.

Ya girl also has been dealing with pregnancy carpal tunnel so my hands are numb and in pain 24/7. With my job, I’m sure you can imagine how difficult this has been. My poor hands need a break!

Once my little boy is here, I will be taking 12 weeks off to be home with him. Stay tuned for my tentative return to work date and also when I will be opening my books!

Since I only have 2 openings left in my entire schedule before Christmas (and my maternity leave), I will be charging 50% of service total for any cancellations, even if it’s outside of the 48 hour time frame. If it’s less than 24 hour cancellation, I will be charging the normal 100% of the service total. My availability is extremely limited before my leave and that is why I’m implementing this through the end of the year.

I’ve officially hit the half way mark of this pregnancy! Work is already getting more difficult with my usual long and busy schedule and not to mention standing on day.
•

This means I have limited availability to see my clients before the end of the year. I will begin my maternity leave once the new year hits so I have been booking all of my regulars myself to make sure I see you before my time off.
•

I only have a tiny handful of appointments left for the rest of the year. I will be prioritizing my existing clients over new clients for those times. If you are an existing client of mine, please login to your vagaro and make sure we are booked out. If we are not- please reach out to me!

As I have spoken to many of you personally when I see your at your appointments, anyone at my salon is able to take fantastic care of you during my time off. You can schedule with these lovelies on our website.
