‼️It even says it could cause damage to your organs and unborn child right on the sheet . An interesting fact: people that work in IVF labs aren't allowed to wear perfume, fragrance, use synthetic scented hand soaps, lotions, etc. Because it could cause harm to unborn children and fertility (and born/living humans as well!) – Both emit significant amounts of VOCs that could affect the embryos.

An easy tip when scanning ingredients on products-“Fragrance” is the ingredient we always want to avoid, because it’s an umbrella term many companies use to hide all kinds of harmful ingredients in them (it was approved years ago to allow companies to keep their ingredients a secret). So “fragrance” can be a lengthy list of harmful chemicals undisclosed but still say things like “paraben free” and in fact contain parabens. So if it says “fragrance” but appears to be “safe” or “clean” avoid it!!!!

If you’re struggling with skin issues, respiratory issues, chronic sinus and headache problems... ditch the candles, plugins and synthetic fragrance in your products.

It’s a process, and it takes one step at a time to make positive changes. It matters 🙏
