Another yummy recipe from The Everything Candida Diet Book: 1lb ground beef, small chopped onion, 3T coconut aminos, 1T olive oil, one drop doTERRA ginger oil. You can also add chopped bell pepper, garlic and cooked rice😋

Of course I wrote a couple posts about Stress and was blindsided by two HUGE stressors in two days! It was such an overwhelming week, I didn’t keep up. Thank goodness for The Tapping Solution Summit and app!

I’m loving the 15th annual World Tapping Summit ❣️ Hope you are too.

I HIGHLY recommend this ‼️ I’ve used EFT for several reasons over the past couple years. It’s so amazing that I don’t have words for it. Check it out👍🏼

Another good one: “Curry” fish with veggies. This recipe is from p. 149 in the Candida Cure book. I used a can of coconut milk, juice from a fresh squeezed lime, 2t curry powder, 1T coconut aminos, 6 drops Stevia, 1/4t sea salt, one drop doTERRA ginger, one drop doTerra lemongrass, onion optional. Bring to a boil then simmer five minutes if you are using onion. Add fish, cover with a fitted lid, simmer three more minutes. Add chopped veggies and simmer couple more minutes. You can enjoy over wild rice or quinoa.

The best coleslaw I’ve ever made! Sprinkle some salt on cabbage so it softens up a little bit, diced onion, juice of one lime, 1T apple cider vinegar, about 1T avocado oil. The recipe also called for shredded carrots and apple slices. And to think I don’t even like cabbage by itself😂

Sweet/Salty Mixed Nuts
I am so excited to try this new recipe after I bake it🤗 Use whatever mixed nuts you want. I used either organic or non-GMO almonds, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and added a little salt. The “sauce”: Mix together about 1/4C melted coconut oil, 3T or more xylitol, non-alcoholic vanilla (because it doesn’t contain sugar), one drop doTerra cinnamon oil, lots of cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice (optional), and either Stevia or Monk fruit. Sorry I didn’t measure this time. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, stir well, bake another 10 to 15 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes. ENJOY👏🏼 This recipe is based out of the Candida Cure book page 138.
