First cycle of the year, and I’m starting it gently.

This morning I brewed yarrow & spearmint tea and listened to my body.

〰️Yarrow helps ease cramps, supports healthy flow, and reduces bloating.
🤎Spearmint calms the stomach, eases pain, and helps with nausea.
〰️Together they work to soothe menstrual pain and support balance.

Honoring my body, one cup at a time.
Herbal support over everything.

Just finished reading Problematic by Ladii Nesha and honestly… I felt anger, rage, love, resentment, and betrayal all at once. This book isn’t just a story, it’s a mirror.

It forces you to look at toxic cycles, unhealed wounds, ignored red flags, and how pain can feel familiar when that’s all you’ve known. It made me reflect on the ways we love from broken places, overextend, and stay longer than we should.

What really stood out to me is how being “problematic” isn’t always about being a bad person it’s often about being unhealed. And healing requires honesty, accountability, and choosing yourself even when it hurts.

This book challenged me emotionally and spiritually. It’s not an easy read, but it’s a necessary one. If you’re on a journey of self-reflection, growth, and breaking cycles, this book will speak to you
