I guide awareness into the body and its energetic layers—where mind, body, and soul meet.
Happy Monday, everyone! 🤍
I had a whole 10 minute video recorded to announce the giveaway, but for whatever reason, the last two days it just has NOT wanted to upload. So instead, you’re getting a little bit of a longer post!
First, I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who participated in my Five Days of Connection giveaway, whether you joined in for one day or all five. I truly appreciate you taking the time to be vulnerable, share your thoughts, and connect not only with me, but with everyone else who participated. 🤍
I honestly really enjoyed doing this type of giveaway. It felt like it was about more than just winning something. It gave us a reason to slow down, check in with ourselves, acknowledge what we needed, release some things, and set intentions for the days ahead.
My hope is that even though the five days are over, you continue to carry some of those little reminders with you. Continue checking in with yourself. Continue giving yourself permission to pause, release what no longer serves you, and set intentions for where you want to go next.
Sometimes we just need that little reminder to come back to ourselves. ✨
Thank you again to everyone who participated and shared a little piece of yourself with this community. It truly means more to me than you know. 🤍 I will ALSO be doing another giveaway soon, so if you participated in this one you will get 1 extra ticket to the drawing in the next giveaway.
And now… for what you’ve all been waiting for… 👀
🎉 THE WINNER IS… 🎉

✨ 5 DAYS OF CONNECTION ✨
I’m doing something a little different for my next giveaway!
For the next 5 days, I’ll be posting a question each day for you to answer in the comments.
Every time you participate, your name gets ONE entry into next weekend’s giveaway! 🎁
That means you can earn up to 5 entries just by joining in each day.
Day 6 & 7 will look a little different for another entry, so stay tuned.
Just show up, answer the question, and connect with me & this community. 🤍
I’ll draw one name next weekend!

The more you force something to release, the more likely you are to find yourself right back where you started.
Why?
Because sometimes releasing isn’t the same thing as resolving.
You can dig into a tight muscle. You can stretch it. You can massage it until it temporarily feels better. You can force the body to let go.But if we never slow down enough to acknowledge what is happening in the body, we may simply be repeating the same cycle.
This is where somatic work comes in.
When I’m working with you, I don’t want you to disconnect from your body while I’m doing the work. I want you to embody it.
✨ I want you to notice.
- Notice your breath.
- Notice the tension.
-Notice where you’re guarding.
-Notice what happens when I work into a particular area.
Maybe you take a deep breath.
Maybe you feel warmth.
Maybe you feel resistance.
Maybe an emotion comes up.
Maybe you suddenly realize you’ve been carrying tension in that area for years.
Instead of immediately trying to push it away, we create space to feel it and acknowledge it.
Because your body is constantly communicating with you. And sometimes what we call “stuck” isn’t something that needs to be attacked or forced out. It’s something that needs to be noticed, felt, and given permission to soften.
That’s why breath is such an important part of my work.
I’ll often encourage you to breathe into the area we’re working with, not because your breath magically fixes the tissue, but because your attention and awareness bring you back into the present moment and into your body. And when your body feels safe enough to soften, we allow the release to happen rather than demanding it happen.
This is especially meaningful when working with people who have lived with chronic tension or pain, prolonged stress, or a complicated relationship with their body.
The goal isn’t:
“How hard can we push until something releases?”
The goal is:
“What is my body telling me, and can I stay present enough to listen?”
Because if we continually force the body to release without developing that awareness, we may get temporary relief, but we haven’t necessarily changed our relationship with what’s happening underneath.
Somatic work is about learning to come back into yourself.
To feel.
To breathe.
To notice.
To listen.
To reconnect.
And sometimes, that is where the real shift begins.
Your body doesn’t need you to fight it.
It needs you to listen to it.
