📚 BIG LITTLE TRUTHS — Liane Moriarty

There was something so fun about getting to step back into this world and spend time with characters I already knew and loved.

I read Big Little Lies and watched the TV series, so picking up Big Little Truths felt a little like catching up with old friends very complicated, slightly unhinged old friends. 😂

And honestly, the fact that this is the first sequel Liane Moriarty has ever written was reason enough for me to read it.

One of my favorite things about Moriarty’s writing is how completely she pulls you into the story. She has this way of making you feel like you’re actually there sitting in the room, watching the drama unfold and somehow knowing everyone’s secrets.

Her characters are quirky, flawed, messy and dealing with their own very real issues, and I think that’s exactly what makes them so relatable. Nobody feels perfect or polished. They feel like actual people.

I loved getting to see where these characters ended up and jumping back into all the friendships, secrets, humor and chaos that made me love this world in the first place.

If you loved Big Little Lies, this one is absolutely worth the read. 🤍📖
