With a primary focus in bridal makeup, she also is available for special occasion makeup and makeup lessons. Welcome to my page! My name is Amanda, the owner of Amanda Vicinelly Pro Makeup Artist. My mother and Grandmother tell me a story of a time when I was a little girl when they asked what I wanted to be when I grow up. I replied, “you know Grandma, it starts with a R”. iently waited for my answer. I said, with so much confidence, “A Rtist!”. For years after I would draw her pictures of horses, I would play in makeup, and loved all my art classes. I graduated from Douglas Education Center in 2009 with high honors as a Licensed Esthetician. While finishing school I was hired as an esthetician at a Medical Day Spa and Plastic Surgery Center. I had an opportunity to develop my skills as a skin therapist and makeup artist. Along with skincare, I fell in love with makeup artistry. My most frequent client, a Bride and her Bridesmaids, brought me so much joy enhancing their natural beauty on their special day. A year later I had an opportunity to join the team of the most prestigious name in makeup. I opened our store as an Education Consultant and had the privilege of being acknowledged for my team building skills and artistry techniques. I was promoted as a manager of several different locations within the Pittsburgh area fostering relationships with many of my clients. I had to ability to learn from the most famous brands in the makeup industry. I was taught the best techniques for all different makeup applications, well-versed on advanced skincare ingredients and products, and learned the delicacies of fragrances. For 6 wonderful years I was dedicated to this incredible retail career, then it was time to devote more time as a mother. I created Amanda Vicinelly Pro Makeup Artist to have the ability to dedicate more time with my clients. In my experience, I have found it to be very common for a woman to feel intimidated by large cosmetic stores, selling advisors, and the endless number of product options. I wanted to be able to customize a consultation for exactly what a woman was looking for, whether it be traveling to a bride on her special day, teaching a group of young women how to achieve makeup enhancing looks, or partnering at a store to provide unbiased product recommendations. I am committed to providing you with a fun, educational, and professional experience! I look forward to meeting you, and hope to have an opportunity to make you feel your absolute best!

Beauty makeup isn’t supposed to make you look like someone else.

It’s supposed to make you feel like the best version of yourself.

Makeup isn’t paint by numbers anymore. We’ve evolved. We’ve learned more about facial harmony, color, balance, and enhancing someone’s natural features.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach where every client gets the same eyeliner, the same contour, the same lip, or the makeup artist’s signature look.

Professional makeup should be customized to you. Your features. Your coloring. Your face shape. Your style.

My goal has never been for people to notice the makeup first. I want them to notice you.

My favorite words to hear at the end of an appointment are, “I still look like me.”

Anytime someone talks about the future of our country, I have to recount the list of high school senior women we have photographed. Each one with their unique stories, goals, and dreams. They have invigorated a hope within me about our future. They’re bright, articulate, communicate very clearly. They make eye contact and rarely reach for their phones. They have insight so wise beyond their years.

There is hope. There is a beautiful future.

I get TWO days with my gorgeous bride Mackayla
This morning we woke up before the sun and had a peaceful drive through the fog of blackwaterfallsstatepark Coffee, delicious muffins, and the most casual and relaxing time getting ready.

Mackayla’s freckles and ice blue eyes are my favorite features. Her complexion has been subtly enhanced and diffused to allow her true skin to peak through. Peachy pinky cheeks and soft buffed wing liner to define and frame her eyes.
