💦 soaking in water 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 cause your tan to fade quicker {{i always tell people to think of their dishes soaking over night to get that top layer off}} the exact same thing is happening to your skin when you soak in water!

💦 the 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 • lots of lotion! Sulfate & mineral oil free lotion & sunscreens can be used as a barrier between you and the water or sand so make sure to reapply accordingly!

💦 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 sleep with chlorine on your skin 😖 make sure and shower after being in any water and apply your lotion afterwards!

💦 last pro tip is to take your 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 self tanning lotion on your trip and use it every day to extend the life your tan ☀️
