Sophisticated Women of Color has, since 2006, striven to unify women of all different backgrounds, and beliefs in a way that allows us to support one another on the different journeys life has allowed for us. We work to accomplish this through dedication to causes that allows us to support the communities around us and learn more about ourselves in the process of learning about each other. We pride ourselves on support of the communities in our lives through fundraising and volunteering.

The ladies of Sophisticated Women of color have a lot in store this year including our annual night of speed dating coming in November. Be sure to come out to our general meetings every Wednesday at 8pm in Peace 107! Have a great Friday and a wonderful weekend.
The ladies of SWC would like to send our condolences and prayers out to the family and friends of the Michael Hartnett who was found earlier today. Though our campus may lost a student we should stick together as one in this time of tragedy. May Michael Harnett rest peacefully.
Hope everyone's summer has been full of excitement thus far! Taking the time to reach out to and invite all of the female freshman to join our organization in the fall. We are very excited and hope to see fresh faces at Mainstage!
