Yoga & Mobility Girl Era. Yall I did a mobility exercise today and lemme tell you, hip and mobility work is no joke! Ppl think excessive weight lifting is something but can you actually move your body fr? Mobility work is the real test of true strength. Whew!👌🏾

This may be controversial but what isn’t? Someone asked why ppl still go to Starbucks in efforts to shame them/us. I listed my reasons. But here’s the thing. I’m Black AND a Woman. If I was to boycott EVERYTHING that was racist and/or sexist I wouldn’t be able to enjoy anything! I get being woke but sis is tired and I need me a cup of coffee.😩🤷🏾♀️ Like can I enjoy this one lil thing? 😩
