When I launched our first storefront for Verde Lusso in 2021, we were Alabama’s first clean beauty retailer, showcasing the best clean beauty brands all in one place with expert support. 4 years, 2 storefronts, and 2 babies later, it has become time for Verde Lusso to shape-shift once again. I’m feeling the deep calling to show up more fully for my children and family during this season, and have decided to take a break from having a brick and mortar retail storefront. I plan to continue Verde Lusso in the meantime via our online offerings and new launches (seasonal workshops anyone?!). I have met SO many incredible people on this journey- from our amazing customers and employees, to our incredible brands, that it saddens me to close our community hub of the storefront at this time, but this is not goodbye. We will still be here, just in a new way! Please know from the bottom of my heart that I will always remember your support and love for our little clean beauty shop. It’s because of you that I was able to make this dream of mine possible. Thank you.

We are not saying goodbye, just taking a step in a new direction. Stay tuned for our closing sale details (it’s going to be GOOD! You are going to want to stock up!). I never knew how much I’d love motherhood until I birthed my son and then I was again utterly transformed and fell even more into mom life with the birth of my daughter almost a year ago. Rose Marie found the make up she was using on her models was so toxic it was giving her heavy metal poisoning! She decided to create her own line with a focus in only the cleanest ingredients, sustainable packaging and results driven efficacy.
